As a Python Data Science Programmer and Architect at IDF, my focus lies in non-disruptive, under-the-radar approaches, preserving existing management methods while minimizing management overhead. In pursuit of these objectives, I conceptualized and developed The Management Machine—a solution that enables full automation by collecting data from diverse sources and formats, such as Jira, TFS, ALM, Excel, MS-WORD, Minutes Of Meetings, and more. The Machine automatically generates thousands of tasks into a comprehensive MS-Project project plan. Subsequently, it seamlessly creates business Plotly Dash Apps, all of which are managed through the OpenShift DevOps pipeline.
